Applications for E-Z Reserve will be accepted at each County Golf
Course beginning
Saturday, March 8, 2008
at 8 a.m. for Saturday E-Z Reserve times and 12 noon for Sunday
times.

The weekend E-Z Reserve program is available for a period of 25
weeks.

Saturday’s tee times will end
September 27, 2008.

Sunday’s tee times will end
September 28 2008.

E-Z Reserve is limited to Westchester County park pass holders only.

Each park pass holder is limited to one E-Z Reserve tee time per day
-
The E-Z Reserve tee times are assigned on a first-come basis.

The cost of this program is $250 per player this
fee is non-refundable, and is due the day
you book your time.
Payment can be
made by cash, check or Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Payment of your greens fees will be made each week when you check in
to play, by cash or credit card.

Substitutions for play will be accepted. Golfers will be responsible
for providing a substitute.

Cancellation
of your tee time can be made
two days before to the day of play, via the telephone
reservation system. (i.e. until 11:59pm, Thursday for Saturday tee
times, until 11:59 pm Friday for Sunday tee times)

If you fail to show up for your tee time, if you did not cancel your
reservation two days prior to the day of play, and if we are unable
to resell your time, your
account will be flagged as an
E-Z Reserve “No Show”.
As an E-Z Reserve
“No Show,” you will be charged
$29
which is the cost of the lost
greens fee. You will be responsible for paying this outstanding fee
before you play your next round
of golf. Failure to pay
will result in the loss of your E-Z Reserve
privileges.
Inclement Weather Conditions:

If the golf course is officially closed for the day, you
will not be flagged a “No Show.”
·
If the weather is inclement, you are obligated to show up
at the course or call to find out what determination has been made based
on course conditions & use of carts.
Otherwise, you will be flagged a
“No Show” and will be charged.
