Frequently Asked Questions about the E-Z Reserve System

Are twosomes and threesomes eligible for E-Z Reserve?
Yes, a limited number of twosomes and threesomes will be available. However, we will try to match up twosomes with each other wherever possible. If the slot is not filled, it will be returned to the tee time reservation system.

Can a person without a Park Pass sign up for E-Z Reserve?
No, only Westchester residents who hold a valid Park Pass are eligible. The purchase or renewal of a Park Pass will be available at each golf course.  

Can I purchase more than one E-Z Reserve time?
No, there is a limit of one time slot per day.

What happens if I cannot play on my assigned day?
You have the option of filling your time slot with a substitute player or can cancel your tee time via the telephone reservation system 36 hours prior to the day of play.  If you fail to do either and we cannot sell your time slot you will flagged as an E-Z Reserve "No Show".

If I am a golfer who must use a cart and the course is not allowing carts out that day, will I be flagged a "No Show"?
No, if the weather is inclement, you are obligated to show up at the course or call to find out what determination has been made based on course conditions & use of carts.  Otherwise, you will be flagged a "No Show" and will be charged 

If the golf course closes on my day of play, will I flagged a No Show?
If the golf course is officially closed for the day, you will not be flagged.
