What is
Be Fit at The Westchester?
It's a mall walking club that meets every Tuesday and Friday,
from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., at The Westchester in White Plains. It's a
great way to enjoy the benefits of walking, no matter what the weather
outdoors. Special guests give short talks on health, nutrition and
fitness one Friday each month.

How do I
start?
When: Tuesdays and
Fridays, 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Where: Meet at the horse fountain on retail level 2
(located between Crate & Barrel and Restoration Hardware). Enter at the
Paulding Street entrance to the parking garage or pedestrian entrance on
Armory Place.
Parking:Free to club members from 8 a.m. to noon onclub walking
days
One loop is approximately one-half mile (or 1,000 steps)

What is
the “Be Fit Westchester” Initiative?
Be Fit Westchester is a program designed to fight obesity, a
major health risk in America today. The program's goal is to encourage
people of all ages to eat smarter and get more physical activity every
day. For more information log on to westchestergov.com/fitness.
