Training

The training of Parks employees has continued to improve throughout the years and one the refinements has been the PRC Academy “Boot Camp,” which premiered in 2007, a week-long intensive training session for managers on the essentials of leadership.  Attendees to the “Boot Camp” must be recommended by their immediate supervisor. The camp is geared toward improving the quality of our current managers and cultivating the leaders of tomorrow.
