Surveying our Customers

For the first time in a decade, Westchester County Parks will embark on a comprehensive Recreation User Survey. Conducted by the ETC Institute of Kansas.  Up to 3,500 surveys will be mailed to households throughout Westchester County. The ETC Institute will mail surveys distributed appropriately from the three regions of Westchester County – southern, central and northern. The questions asked will be geared to what are the recreational needs and preferences of residents and the results will help guide the department in capital funding and recreation program decision making for the next decade.  Results of the survey will be available at the end of 2007.
