We offer this free 12-week education program to families and friends of individuals with mental illness. Through the program families learn about serious brain disorders, such as schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. They learn about treatments, coping skills, community resources, and advocacy on behalf of a loved one.
