Service
Coordination, funded primarily through Medicaid, is available for adults and
children with developmental disabilities. Service Coordinators are
professionals who help consumers and their families determine which services
would best meet the consumer’s and family’s need and to access these
services. Service Coordination is provided by the Westchester County
Department of Community Mental Health as well as a number of not-for-profit
