Research indicates that individuals with autism respond well to highly structured specialized education programs. Teaching must be tailored to specific needs of the individual and delivered in a consistent, comprehensive, and coordinated manner. Programs using well researched methods are known to be effective in helping children, and adults learn new skills and reach their full potential. |
