The Westchester County Department of Community Mental Health has developed a comprehensive system of care that assists persons living with psychiatric disabilities to safely and effectively work towards recovery

using services that are individualized, flexible, user friendly and high quality.  Central to the vision of community based care is the belief that persons living with psychiatric disabilities can recover.  The Westchester County Department of Community Mental Health provides leadership in designing and funding services that enhance the recovery process.
