WESTCHESTER BEACHES TO REOPEN

All Westchester County beaches will be open effective Sunday, August 17. The exception is Shore Acres Pt. Club in Mamaroneck Harbor, which has been closed all summer due to high bacteria levels.

Larchmont and New Rochelle beaches have been closed since August 15 due to a confirmed sewage overflow. All other County beaches were closed as a precautionary measure following Thursday’s blackout.
