Quit Smoking Blog
Help in breaking the habit

Help!  I've smoked 2-4 cigarettes a day for 30 years.  I'm determined to quit and am fine all day long.  Then by 5 PM in the afternoon, I'm dying for a smoke.  It's obviously not a nicotine addiction, but a habit addiction.  I don't drink and have a very good diet, and exercise regularly.  Quitting smoking is my last hurdle.  I'm 55 years old and I know I need and want smoking out of my life.  I need ideas and help to get over this. I don't want to take a pill to help either. I've heard so many bad side affects that I'm reluctant to use them. Any suggestions and ideas are so very appreciated.
